You agree not to use Sam's Chat to: • Send, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of the Service • Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or promotional materials • Upload viruses or any other malicious code • Violate any applicable laws or regulations We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Our Service allows you to send messages, share files, and communicate with other users. You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any user content.

Sam's Chat provides real-time messaging, voice calls, and video calls between users. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL SAM'S CHAT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
